A young steroid dealer from Canada was busted, when he tried to sell steroids to an undercover police officer that had responded on his online advertisements

A person from Canada was arrested after he tried to sell steroids to a person who turned out to be an undercover police official. The police officer responded to online advertisements of this drug dealer. He was a man of 21 years old who made a decision to post advertisements about steroids on internet in order to induce selling these illicit preparations. He believed that it was the simplest and the most efficient method to enhance sales.
The Guelph Police Department responded to the advertisements via email on Kijiji.ca in an undercover way. It was scheduled a direct purchase in the car lot of a local gym. As a result, the distributor of steroids was arrested. Four types of anabolic steroids at worth of approximately 650 dollars were found and seized. This person faced some counts related to possession and intentions to sell illegal preparations.
Kijiji belongs to the online auction eBay. However Kijiji isn’t very prominent in the USA, it is quite prominent in several other countries, including Canada.
Ebay.com has used marketplace for illegal sales of steroids during several years. The Drug Enforcement Administration supplied eBay with a list of Scheduled III controlled substances that had to be applied as a filter in order to prevent posting advertisements connected with illegal medications. Some drug dealers turned out to be able to bypass the filters, listing these products as “steroid books” or “steroid DVDs”.
