Little girl was beaten brutally by steroid user

Audrey Allen, an 18-month old girl, was killed by Joshua Allen Kruzik.
The little girl was murdered because she cried in the middle of the night. Joshua Allen Kruzik, an US marine, a friend of Audrey Allen’s parents, decided to spend weekends at their friends’ home. Before he came to them, he was at a local bar where he drank much alcohol. He had to care about the baby, when she cried. But Joshua Allen Kruzik beat the child very brutally. As a result, the baby got numerous severe head injuries. She died at a local hospital.
David Kohn, the defense attorney for the murderer, confirmed that steroids were responsible for the aggression of his client. It was confirmed that Joshua Allen Kruzik used anabolic steroids. Before the incident he attempted to discontinue using these products but he was not capable to do it. The defense attorney affirmed that anabolic steroids caused “roid rage” in Joshua Allen Kruzik. He couldn’t not control himself and beat the little girl. According to David Kohn, his client was unconscious. However the defense attorney confirmed that his client was ready to take the entire responsibility, he added that he was not guilty.
The baby’s parents also testified that their friend applied anabolic steroids. The mother of the little girl said that she possessed syringes at her home. Thus, she injected Kruzik with steroids, when he came. Some other persons also affirmed that he applied steroids.
It is strange that anabolic steroids are blamed in this situation. Are these products responsible for the crime? Take in consideration that Kruzen has been drunk, when he has murdered the little girl!
It is unclear whether the judge will accept the steroid excuse.
