Arnold Schwarzenegger didn’t use high doses of steroids

Arnold Schwarzenegger applied anabolic steroids. These drugs helped him to have success. The bodybuilder acknowledged that he succeeded because of these remedies significantly. But he also mentioned that other competitive bodybuilders administered these preparations too. Arnold Schwarzenegger was aware of the fact that all top athletes and bodybuilders used anabolic steroids. If Arnold Schwarzenegger had not applied doping products, other bodybuilders would have had unfair advantage over him.
Although the well-known bodybuilder admitted to application of steroids, he never apologized. Administration of these drugs was not banned, when Arnold Schwarzenegger competed. Administration of steroids and other related medicines didn’t represent any problem in bodybuilding during that time.
Arnold Schwarzenegger wrote that he didn’t know about risks linked with administration of these preparations. But he also added that earlier bodybuilders didn’t administer enhanced dosages like current bodybuilders.  That’s why it was not dangerous to administer these products.
Nowadays it is important to take in consideration that athletes and bodybuilders administer very increased dosages which may have negative impact on health. Administration of enhanced quantities usually results in dangerous permanent negative effects. That’s why Arnold Schwarzenegger is against intake of steroids for performance-enhancing effects. Measures that were administered by the famous bodybuilder were lower by 20 times than those taken by current bodybuilders. That’s why Arnold Schwarzenegger worked together with International Federation of Bodybuilders against application of doping products in competitive bodybuilding.
